Gil Garagnon - Managing Director

Gil started his career in marketing with FMCG giants L’Oreal and then Danone, before joining CIC Video International in London where he looked after 35 territories and developed the MTV and Nickelodeon brands. After spending a few years as a magazine publisher and business developer with UK publishing house Emap, he joined WWE home entertainment licensee Clear Vision to expand its reach beyond the UK, to over 20 territories worldwide. He then founded Riverside Media, a business consultancy specialised in International business development for media and entertainment clients, which include Virgin Radio, Cinedigm, BBC Worldwide, RCS Mediagroup, Centum Books and Bioworld. Gil helped relaunch catalogue-focused international film sales agency Hollywood Classics in 2016, which he now runs, along with 101 Films International.
Eoghan Burke - Head of International Sales

Dublin based Eoghan is a veteran of the entertainment industry with 29 years experience; He spent a number of years in Virgin Mega store Dublin, and the independent retail sector. He then moved to Sony Music who had an exclusive sales & distribution agreement with CIC, which was a forerunner to UIP. CIC was a partnership between Universal Pictures, Paramount and Dream Works. With the emergence of Sell thru they expanded their sales and distribution offering to include VCI, BBC, Channel 4, Granada, Contender, Medusa, Abbey, HIT, e One, and ITV. He left Sony as Head of Sales and joined Lace Digital Media,(Trinity Creative Partnership) where he replicated what he had been doing in Sony Music representing a large number of UK based film studios. As part of his growing remit he has taken on International sales for 101, for new content, all rights, worldwide attending all the major markets, Berlin, MIPTV, Marché Du Film, TIFF, MIPCOM and AFM.
Hiroko Matsutani - Sales Manager, Japan
Hiroko has been active in the film distribution business in Japan for over 30 years during which time she has arranged the distribution of numerous foreign-produced feature films and series into the Japanese market. Her Japanese client list comprises a broad spectrum of companies in the filmed entertainment business including theatrical and video distributors, television broadcasters, and new media platforms. Hiroko has relationships with a number of Japanese production houses and she has been involved in the international licensing of Japanese films and programming since 1985 when she was instrumental in the licensing worldwide of Hayao Miyazaki’s first successful feature film, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. She continues to be involved in the international licensing of product on behalf of a number of studios in Japan.
David Bottein - Sales Manager, France & French speaking territories
David has over 15 years of experience in the film industry, from commercial negotiations (in both acquisitions and sales) to marketing, mail order and e-commerce. After a successful career at CLUB DIAL, a DVD and Blu-Ray mail order company, as Product Manager and Head of Diversification, David joined French independent home entertainment publisher ONE PLUS ONE and contributed to the development of its Kiosk and online/mail order business. Since 2011, David has been working as a freelance Territory Manager for film and licensing companies.
Steve Davey - Head of Acquisitions & Development

Steve has nearly 18 years experience in the entertainment industry, starting at HMV, working instore. His next move was to Head Office where he created physical catalogue campaigns for instore and online, creating promotions and negotiating deals and terms with all film studios, large indies and independent labels. Upon leaving HMV he moved to 101 Films as Head of Acquisitions and Product development. During his time at 101 Films Steve has acquired a diverse slate of new release and catalogue titles as well as re-licensing the Metrodome catalogue upon their administration in August 2016. Steve now combines his acquisitions role for 101 Films UK and 101 Films International.
Alistair Leach - Operations and Servicing Manager
Alistair has nearly 16 years experience in film, including 7 years working on UK Arthouse Foreign Film distribution at (Curzon) Artificial Eye. After Artificial Eye, Alistair moved over to Hollywood Classics, experiencing international sales, learning the inside track on licensing, marketing and delivery for world sales. In 2015 Alistair moved on to BBC Worldwide working on, amongst other duties, VOD delivery for GAS/UK/France, and the BBC channels across European/World for broadcast. In 2016 he returned to Hollywood Classics International as the Operation Manager for the company.
